We just wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.  We had a splendid time!  Your home site was superb.  It is far away from all the neighbors, pool, and beach which made it so relaxing, quiet, and peaceful!  We live on the beach,  so it was especially nice not to hear another boisterous tourist.   It was extra nice having the boardwalk so close to your front door.  I enjoyed using the boardwalk to get to the bay shore each morning.   Miles of shoreline and walkways and not to encounter another person.   It was bliss.  The recent rain storms that occurred before our arrival caused the river to be slightly overactive, and it produced lots of sea shells from the bay due to the turbulent waters.  I hadn't seen so many varieties of seashells that were so large, unbroken, and perfect since I was a kid visiting Sanibel Island.

> As a owner of  vacation homes, I was pleasantly pleased with the tidiness and cleanliness.  I have high expectations, and its apparent that you take a lot of pride in your home.  The interior wall paint, wood floors, and baseboards were in excellent condition.  I also loved all your personal stained glass art work throughout the home.  It was beautiful. 

> Its also evident that you make every effort to make sure that your guests are extra comfortable. The linens were plentiful and luxurious.  The bed sheets were extra soft and the bath towels were extra thick.  The Internet was another perk for choosing the Sea Gull Landing.   The phone service also turned out to be invaluable... We also enjoyed the board games that you provided...

 Our day trips consisted of a play at the Dixie Theater in Apalachicola, purchasing Tupelo Honey at the Lanier's farm in Wewahitchka, and 2 days at the most beautiful beach in the Saint Joseph Bay State Park in Cape San Blas.  Relaxing on your back porch with a good glass of wine also made the list of relaxing activities.  We had such a magnificent time, and we hope to be back next February!!!!!  Your place is the perfect spot for making day trips and getting away from the crowds.

We loved the house and its proximity to the ocean and the pool...We took the kids to the Marina and went on a shark fishing trip and the kids had a blast.  Mostly we enjoyed each other’s company and relaxed.  Thanks again for your place and we’ll be getting back with you to arrange for a future stay.

We had a nice day today- we were everywhere. We went to downtown St. Joe which I loved and had lunch at Provisions ( super yummy- you were right!)...I can't thank you enough for sharing your house. It is really beautiful and the place is lovely. It is like a spiritual renewal retreat....I got up early and went to the beach for a few minutes by myself...it was paradise... There were birds everywhere and the waves hit the shore softly. It was so peaceful.........

We absolutely loved the area.  Again, we had 5 small children so the quiet environment was terrific.  The house was set up perfectly for our group.  Your large walk in closets made great rooms for the babies!  The two older boys are already asking to go back to “our beach house”.

We had a blast this weekend.  The weather was great and the house was perfect - we loved the screened porches and there was plenty of room for us all.  I have never been to a beach with that many shells before.  The kids were in heaven.  We also saw things we will probably never see again.  Folks were fishing off of a pier by the pool and caught a shark.  We watched them reel it in.  There were crabs everywhere.  My son picked up 187 hermit crabs in just a few minutes.

We just returned home from our wonderful vacation at Windmark!  Your big house was beautiful,  comfortable and enjoyed by all...  We went scalloping 3 days and were very successful.  100 scallops the second day...what a delicious dinner!  Our favorite room in your house was the screen porch on the same level as the living room.  We spent alot of time playing games, reading etc...on the porch!

We had a great time.  That is an amazing house… The layout was awesome for what we needed.  Having the twin bedroom off the master was great for us…The tower bedroom was really cool.  The first floor bedroom worked out well ...  The big kitchen made cooking for everyone easy.
